it shows a message a wallets sold out, please check back later, how long should i wait?

bought a wallet two hours ago, was showing me only three wallets. maybe check back later as they list new wallets within few hours.

so here is the problem:

I bought a 2 btc ($117927) wallet for 0.1 btc ($5896), but what i received is only 1.5 btc ($88445), am i missing something, where the rest of 0.5 btc???
